Summary
The hit rate is very low in Zealand in comparison to current consultant position when measured against a change to a manager position. It is okay-to-low in Zealand compared to current owner manager (local business, private+, etc.) when measured against a change to a manager position.
Particularly Zealand/Copenhagen-candidates see it negatively as a step backwards, whereas Jutlanders see the opportunity positively. At the same time, we have seen over the past 1-2 years how candidates are not ready for the change if it stretches over too long a time span. Often, it’s a numbers game to catch the candidate during these times.
It is very positive that Marlene is open to informal coffee meetings. This means that candidates often say okay, where they would have declined an interview.
